Hampshire County Council has partnered with Test Valley Borough Council and Places for People to build a new extra care scheme in Romsey which is due for completion in summer 2021. The scheme includes 37 apartments for people over 55 who have eligible care and support needs that are available for affordable rent through
Hampshire Homechoice. There are also 17 apartments available for shared ownership.
The waiting list for the apartments available for affordable rent opens this month and we would be grateful if you could support us by promoting this new scheme and talking to people using your services about this new housing and care option in Romsey.
