Action Hampshire is working with Healthwatch Hampshire to gather feedback from people across the county about their experiences with health and social care services. We especially want to hear from underrepresented groups such as rural communities like yours.
Maybe you’ve had a great visit with your local GP, or perhaps you’ve struggled to get a dentist appointment. You might have had support from a social worker, or needed help from a paramedic. Whatever your experience, we’d love to hear about it. Your feedback helps make sure services are working well and meeting the needs of local communities.
